Nick and Tia are the creative forces behind Watch & Act Productions, an independent Australian theatre company, crafting unique musical theatre and cabaret shows. With a combined wealth of theatrical and musical experience, they specialise in blending sharp comedy, political satire, and powerful musical storytelling. Nick and Tia have created and performed in a variety of formats and ventures, including the hit touring musical Gladys, as well as their musical comedy duo 'Rheinberger & Wilson', performing in festivals nation-wide.

Gladys: A Musical Affair is an absolute must for NSW theatre lovers. It’s loud, cheeky, and seriously funny — a total festival highlight that turns political drama into a toe-tapping musical packed with sass and satire. It’s clever, catchy, and no surprise it sold out at the Jetty Theatre. Audiences loved it and the post-show buzz was palpable! The cast were super down-to-earth, no drama, just straightforward fun to be around. Highly recommend checking it out!
